  • Physical & Mental Suitability: Capacity for healthcare work, including stamina for standing/lifting and the emotional resilience required for patient care.
  • Health Certificate:Proof of physical fitness and required vaccinations (as per German healthcare regulations).
  • For Non-EU/EEA Applicants: Proof of sufficient funds (or a signed training contract), health insurance, and successful acquisition of a German residence permit for vocational training.
  • Motivation: Demonstrated empathy, social responsibility, and suitability via a written statement and an interview.
